THE GIN MOJITO
you will need...
- 50ML JAWBOX
- 6-8 MINT LEAVES
- 15ML LIME JUICE
- 15ML SUGAR SYRUP
- SODA WATER
- ICE
1.
Muddle the MINT LEAVES, lime juice and sugar syrup in a TALL GLASS.
2.
Add some ice and JAWBOX, stir and top up with SODA WATER.
3.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a wedge of LIME.
