you will need...

  • 50ML Jawbox Rhubarb
    and Ginger Gin Liqueur
  • 5-8 MINT LEAVES
  • 15ML LIME JUICE
  • 10ML SUGAR SYRUP
  • SODA WATER
  • ICE

Muddle the MINT LEAVES, lime juice and sugar syrup in a TALL GLASS.

Add some ice and Jawbox Rhubarb and Ginger Gin Liqueur, stir and top up with SODA WATER.

3.

Garnish with a mint sprig and a wedge of Lime.
